2012 Booster Kickoff Meeting
Tuesday, Feb 7th 6PM to 7PM - Athletic Dept Confernce room
Hello Rattler Boosters, we will have a kickoff meeting for the upcoming 2012 season on Tuesday, Feb 7th. We will have monthly meetings on the 1st Tuesday of the month unless otherwise noted. I look forward to catching up with each one of you and hope you guys are all excited about the things we can do for next season! We have done a great job so far and we can continue building towards our goal of making this a good experience for the players, parents, coaches and fans!
I believe you all have heard that NC hired a new head coach last week, Mike Brown. He will be finishing out his duties at Tolleson High School for the remainder of the school year but will also begin to be around at NC week after next. More to come on that. I plan to meet with him ahead of our booster meeting and we have invited him to attend the Feb 7th meeting to meet everyone. As of right now, he is planning on attending.
I am attaching a spreadsheet to help us get started with roles, tasks, timeframes, ideas, follow up to dos, etc. Also, there is a standard meeting agenda tab that contains the agenda for our booster meetings.
