On June 26th @7:30pm, North Canyon High School will host the National Championship game for the Public Saftey Football League. The Phoenix Thunder(Phoenix Firefighters and Police) will play the Dallas Defenders. Both teams are undefeated and it should be a great game. All proceeds from the game go to the family of Travis Murphy, the Phoenix PD officer who was shot and killed on May 26th. He was married with two children. Two of NC's football coaches play on the team, and the offensive coaching staff is made up of the NC coaching staff. Our booster club will also be running the snack bar(Tami may be calling you). I hope you can all attend. I will also be asking many of your sons to help "work" the game.
I would like to thank EVERYONE who put time in to help run the kids camp. Once again it was a success!! The money raised will help send our players to camp in August.
Weights in the morning is back to 730a.m. Afternoon weights starts at 3p.m. Speed and agility this week will be Mon and Thur at 830a.m. Summer workouts are very important!! Please have your son attend.
